Exchanges
To receive a different size, style, or print, please place a new order for the item(s) you want and then return your unwanted item(s) using the return instructions below. We do not process direct exchanges.
Returns
At Sara’s Prints, we know that kids sometimes seem to grow three sizes overnight, or their love of a character comes and goes in a week. If your pajamas or outerwear just isn’t right for right now, we’ve got you covered.
You may return any item purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase for a refund, as long as it is:
- Unworn and in original condition
- With all original tags still attached
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You will be provided a prepaid return label and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return. Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags may not be eligible for a full refund.
Items marked “Final Sale” may not be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
For items purchased from another retailer, please contact that merchant directly to process your return.
How to Initiate a Return
Sign into your account at www.sarasprints.com. Once signed in, select the order containing the item you wish to return. If the order has multiple items, select which item(s) to return. Select a return reason, then click Request Return to submit the return request.
Manufacturer Defects
If your new item has a defect from the factory, and it is within the 30 day return window, please email a photo of the issue to info@sarasprints.com along with your order number. For approved defects, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you and either replace the item or refund you in full. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
